Unfortunately there is no paper left. How come the published numbers only go to 64? Has anyone compiled the numbers from the registry?

Frame number CA78-1007977 Engine number CA77E-1008035 We think it is a 1967 but just wanted to get others opinions. BTW I thought I would enter it in the registry and see if i can figure it out that way, but the form won't accept any email entered and keeps resetting saying the question is mandatory...
