Fork seals

Hello i was wondering what size fork seals go in my 67 scrambler? according to my parts book they are 36x45x11. i bout a pair of (THO) brand and they seem to big to press into the shock.do i need to get a different brand and or size? thank you for any help on this.

I am letting the bike warm up. the thing i dont get is when i switched the carbs from one side to the other the popping and pulling the plug wire off all changed to the other side also??

Ok guys here is the latest on my project. I ended up taking the cylinders off and went and bought .50mm oversized pistons and had the cylinders bored to fit any way i got it back together the comp.is 150 both sides so i fire it up and i STILL have popping through the exhaust and a little through the...

Now i am all confused.There is definetly a difference between the two. They both have ART and CB77 on the sides of them.When i set the two side by side on the table there is a height difference.Would one cylinder have more compression than the other then?? I there a difference in comp. between the c...

Well i got it apart. the piston on the weak side looks like it had a little grief at one time.It looks like someone had to smooth out the area where the rings go. It does not look to bad though.another thing i found was that the piston on the weak side also had a taller dome on the top than the othe...

I started tearing it apart i have went through through the carbs 3 times thinking it was a carb problem,i checked valve lash they was good. I checked points and put new plugs in and nothing was making a difference. Did the comp. test and that explained it all. I do have another question for those in...
