Trying to find CL77 rear sprocket and drive chain

Does anyone know where I can obtain a new 40T rear drive sprocket and 100 link drive chain? I hate to ask, but I've come up empty on Ebay and my Honda Parts Book does not list the part numbers for my 1966 CL77. Thanks for your help.
