Cool.

I'm getting closer to finished with my CB77 and I need a little help with some details. Is the chain guard supposed to be body color or fender color or black?

Also, has anyone had any success polishing the engine cases? If so, what kind of clear coat did you finish the alum. with ? thanks.

Do you have to use solid core wire? Or can you use the modern type (carbon?)Thanks...

Can anyone tell me what the correct chain size is for a '66 CB77? 520? 525? thanks.

Thought I'd check in with my progress. I bought 3 more CB77 parts bikes. I'm in the paint and assemble stage now. Going for a low budget cafe style SuperHawk.
