I'm by no means an expert on CYB parts but I have to say that the quality of casting strongly suggests it is not a Honda part.

Removing and replacing studs

Can someone fill me in on the correct method or tool to use to R&R studs? I'm referring to the big ones that hold the top end together as well as the smaller ones such as the exhaust and carb studs.

This is beautiful work.

I see that the carb bodies and bowls look like they are new. I looked back in the thread but could find no reference to how they were cleaned. So, how were they cleaned?

I think that we are all going to have to improvise as our bikes get older and parts get scarcer. At the moment I am working at doing a 3D print of the aluminum horn casting -- mine was broken in a collision. It will be made of thermoplastic but the state of the art allows, I think, things like the v...
