Try Motion Pro https://www.motionpro.com/. They built custom cables for me in gray. I don't know if they will sell the cable housing by it self, but if you talk to them I bet they could replicate the cable using your metal parts.

I got them from Coker Tires. I just looked at their web site again and they only list narrow whitewall tires now. When I got mine they only had the wide. I'm sorry I did not read that e-bay description before posting the link. This more like the one I installed. It does shut off both sides of the cross over. As I read this you have tried switching the plug wires with no difference in operation. Have you tried switching the plugs for cylinder to cylinder? Just a thought.
