Eliminate heel toe shift lever

Hey all,

I'd like to get rid of the heel/toe shift lever on the dream - it gets in the way...a lot...

I don't want to cut this one up - I'll just throw it in the box of extra parts for the next owner

Anyone know what other "regular" lever will slide onto the splines ?

Thanks !

Dan

Hmm..

Can't remember if I filled it with 10w30 regular oil or 20w50 synthetic (high zinc) VR1

I wondered about heavier springs...

The Barnett units you mention ?....just eBay search ca77 clutch spring ?

edit: found these ? - 22401-323-003

Thanks, Dan

I guess I really haven't put many miles on the bike since I put the new clutch in so this may have been happening all along... But this weekend was the...

Have him put together a clutch and new basket for you..

He's helped dozens here and provides support after the sale.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my clutch from him.

to piggyback on G-Mans post.... eBay again. They may not be as inexpensive as the one he posted...but they *are* out there...any one of them could easily be rebuilt. https://www.ebay.com/itm/honda-dream-305-CA77-CA78-complete-carb-carburetor-assembly-1962-1960-63-64-65/372723638555 https://www.ebay....
