Also, be careful when drilling and tapping those holes for inserts, as they are blind holes. Behind them are oil passages that direct pressurized oil to the rocker arms and shafts on the right cylinder. Regards, Chase

Make sure that the surface of the lever that contacts the four hole gasket is flat and smooth. Polish it up on a flat surface with 1000 grit sandpaper. There are no other gaskets required. Regards, Chase

If the complete electric starter clutch is mounted to the rotor, you should have to turn (to retract the rollers) and push, once the keyway is aligned. Just like your CA95. Regards, Chase

Unfortunately, Bore-Tech is out of business. Cometic in Ohio can supply a very high quality 66mm bore head gasket. Regards, Chase
