Ran fine for a year fine, then kicker went out. Tore it down, replaced kicker, used same bottom end, etc. Put on 175 jugs and pistons, same head and cam (cleaned up). I have not tried swapping parts. I have been chasing this problem since I got the bike and have never found the issue.

I did the cam adjustment when I assembled the top end. It's a new cam chain, so maybe it needs an adjustment now that its broken in.
