cam chain tensioner oil leakage

After the rebuild of my CB77, I am breaking in the engine, the engine is oil tight except for the cam chain tensioner.
Oil is coming out of the back of the tensioner, along the tensioner shaft.
Is there a way to cure this?

Appreciate your thoughts on this

the bikes with winkers i have seen here in the netherlands had the german winker layout
and i only have seen two of them equiped with winkers
the others i heve seen had no winkers
i think that it was an option in those days
