I have bought several K..... carb kits and for each one I have had to carefully remove bits of brass from the jet passages. I don't know about their dimensional accuracy, but I am very careful about all holes/passages.

It seems that the Keyster brass is made on old tooling or Q.C. is not on their toes. Some of the parts are WAAAAAAY out of spec.....................D

The kit for the C/CA72/77 carb has the wrong jets and needle shape.
The CB77 kit is OK and all parts can be used.
I don't use the CL77 kit for the Scrambler.
I use the CB77 kit as in my tests the jets which work well in the CB77 carb worked well/better in the CL77 carb. ..............lm
