Looking at the pics do you have the screws in the correct location?
Adjust air screw 1 1/4 turn out from bottom.
Adjust slide screw for idle speed. .....lm

carb bowl clean as a whistle

Hahnda, bowl was clean. sprayed through air mix hole, gently seated screw and backed it out 1 and a 1/4 turns. removed plugs, very wet and black. dryed them. couldnt get it to start at all. very strange, day before it kicked over first time. the only thing i did was fiddle with idle screw but i put it back where it was. maybe plugs are fouled again? (brand new)

well you may as well check for spark and see what you have there.
