Could use some help. Does anyone have an original set of 65 Ca77 bars that they can post a pic or give dimensions on the slot for the throttle? I am putting new bars on my bike and I dont have the original bars. Thanks Tom

I am 90% certain the bars are the same for the Ca77 as the CA92 and CA95. At least that was the case on my 1964/65 machines. Aftermarket ones of those are available from Ebay as are the throttle mechanisms. I think a few of the Thai stores stock them.
They measure 700mm end to end
Just an option.

I have an original set of bars that I have taken of my ca77. I swapped them out for a set that I made from a lower rise bar (superbike bend). I will measure the bar tonight and get you a length and width for the slot. It's a pretty easy job to make any handlebar fit these bikes.

Swardlaw
I am curious to know what method you used to cut the slot?
