Rubber-tipped float valve? OOPS! My fault!Rubber-tipped float valve? OOPS! My fault!Does anybody make a replacement needle valve with the rubber tip?
My Dream is fine when I first install the needle/seat but after riding, it overflows (very slowly) if I let it sit with the fuel on. (The vents in the tank cap are clear.) Thanks!

I guess you mean through the overflow tube/hose. First you should always turn off the fuel when not riding. Many aftermarket kits come with the rubber tip float valves just look at the pictures or ask first. Also check the condition of the overflow tube inside the bowl. They can crack or become loose and cause leaks. I feel sure you have checked float level and condition.
You could try lapping the float valve and seat together to get a better seal. Some people use metal polish on a cotton bud to clean the valve seat.
