Petcock flow
My petcock will not flow with the fuel line on... But will flow with the fuel line off. I do not understand why this is happening.

Dream,
With the fuel line on, have you removed the gas cap to vent the tank? With the fuel line on, are you opening the drain screw, or removing the bowls to check for fuel? Debris at the banjo bolt? Stuck float? Don't know what model bike you have, but the trouble has to be downstream if the tank vents OK. And because it's not clear in your post, the fuel hose is free of obstructions right?
