Nother' good point....got some new ones ordered plus other stuff from Ohio Cycle just today. And, new seat skin on the way too...will put up some new pics when everything is done. My own GoogleSite this 305 Forum, appreciate the info.

the rebuild kit I received came with only metal washers for the screws as opposed to fiber washers. Is this correct. I rebuilt it and it didn't leak for a few days, but now, drip drip.

Ok another post on this thread, cause still have not solved my petcock issue either. Petcock to tank shiny and flat, so I think the rubber oval gasket in there is seating well. Got new washers for both of those screws, tightened down good. New filter screen too. And a new round rubber washer for the petcock bowl too. I had to tighten the bowl after seeing fuel stil wet on the petcock bowl. Am feeling with a finger on back side of bowl, and it comes out shiny wet with gas. Tightened it up even more. No change.
So, should I try red loctite or pipe dope as an old thread suggested, or just proceed with a new Petcock altogether?
I had not used any type of sealant whatsover up to this point..suggestions? Thanks.

Leaky petcock bowl solved...the gasket inside was in two pieces, no wonder it leaked. This is the fuel strainer o ring. Got a new one at local Honda shop this afternoon, so will install in the morning, being careful not to overtighten & making sure it is seated in there properly.
