Carb adjustments on rebuild.

Hi,
I just bought a 1966 CB77 305 Super Hawk and had to remove and clean the carbs. When I took them apart I didn't pay attention to the number of turns the throttle screws and the air mixture screws were turned out. Where is a good place to start. thanks.

Air screw 1 1/4 +-.
Slide screw to correct idle speed. .............lm
