All Honda Dream carbs are 22mm. The float level is 26.5mm and the pilot jets (idle jets) are #35. Main jet sizes are generally about 120 for 305s and 110 for 250s. There are early round bowl carbs which have no drain screws in the float bowls and later square bowl carbs which do have them. The floats are different for each version. Set the needle clip in the middle of the needle's 5 slots. Be sure to clean the air passages in the throat of the carb, which is often obscured by the flame reduction screen.<br />Bill Silver
