CA77 Carburetor Lessons Learned

Post by hondadreamca77 » Mon Aug 12, 2013 9:24 am

Few things learned working on the PW22 CA77 Carburetor:

You can soak it clean in Pine Sol... awesome

Float setting is extremely important...26.5mm

Needle setting is important. Raise/Rich.....Lower/Lean

Keyster kit from Retro Cycles in WA is great...includes 120 and 35 jets

My bike runs like new now....
68' 305 Dream, 75' Honda 750-four, 74' Honda CL 125, 72' Honda CA 70, 80' Honda Passport, 74' Aerimachi Harley Sprint 125, 64' Yamaha 90.
