DAMN.
Ive got a CL front end on my CB77. I went to put factory length flat bars on it and the brake levers hit the fork tubes. so i bought a CB triple tree (built in riser compared to CL) and of course!!! it doesn't fit! Head tube diameter is different and the center lines of the forks are in a different spot. I should have known as clearly honda had no accountants in 65 forcing commonality across products. BAHHH.
so ive either got to run 2" wider bars, get bars with a rise or get a whole CB front end. at least to get the look i want. bummer.
