Shallow spline sprocket on a deep spline shaft?

Is it OK to use a shallow spline sprocket on a deep spline shaft? I opted to go deep on deep but it's a 13T, I'd rather use my shallow 15T. Thanks

From what I've read, yes. A shallow spline (new style) sprocket will fit a deep spline (old style) shaft.
Mine: '74 CB750 K4 -- Hers: '64 CA78
Had: '75 CB550 K, '79 CT90

Thanks Bob, I checked and it does fit. I was curious if it might bugger up the splines down the road.
