Thanks for info guys, I called Sprocket Specialists and their 32t. alloy rear goes for $59.99 and steel c/s 15t. $24.99 both in 520 chain size for '66-68 CB77, mines a '62 so may have to turn down my own front if I decide to go that route...Mark

The later sprockets have a shallower spline, and will fit the early bikes as well. The early sprockets will not fit the later bikes.

Hey, great news Davo, that's what I needed to know. I guess that's why Sprocket Specialists only need list '66 and up since those sprockets will fit earlier models, thanks! The alloy rear is no problem considering how much actual use the bike will probably get, if 11k miles in the last 50 yrs is any indication...Mark

Just an update, the 520 conversion is on hold as I found new front and rear sprockets and chain in one of my boxes of spares that came from my late brother, looks as though he had been planning to restore the bike and had been collecting parts since '92.
