So would this hold true for the CL late 5 disc clutch? I looked at the newer plates and I don't like the smaller friction area either.

Where can I buy the 5 thicker plates with metal core and what part number would they be?

Part number is 22201-268-020.
I have them NOS/OEM for $19.00 each plus $5.00 mail. ..........lm
