Took the pics last week.

It has been in the garage since 1993. Cleaned out the carbs and tank and she started on the second kick! I know nothing about bikes or vintage hondas but the more I research them the cooler they are!! Can't wait to get the brakes free and rip her up and down the street.

LM's right. Your bike was not manufactured in the last decade. Other than the brakes being stuck, pay particular attention to the cables. If they are frayed, they will catch on the internal cable guides and you may not have any brakes. Throttle cables can get stuck just as easy. Cracked tires can hold air they should not be relied on beyond about 15mph. Check all bolts for tightness. PO may have been tinkering and not tightened something down. I'd suggest going through everything. The bike was put away and not driven for many years. You probably don't know yet, why. You will likely learn that answer in the first 5 minutes. Use your lawn or better yet, use your neighbors lawn to make the discovery!
