Hopefully, you guys can head me in the right direction...
When the bike's cold, I can usually start it fine with the kick starter. Lately, when I put my foot into the task it feels similar to when you try to kick it over with the clutch pulled in, but perhaps just a little more resistance. About 4/5 times, it will not turn the engine over and 1/5 it does - sometimes partially. Once it's up and running, no clutch issues, no shifting issues at all. I think I could use a new clutch cable as there is some very light binding, but nothing that I've not felt over the last year or so.

Could someome set me in the right diection on this?
Thanks so much! Steve

CA77E - 3161XX - Engine I loosened the adjuster at the perch up to 4 turns, but no difference. It engages at first and then the 2nd or 3rd kick, nothing but slight resistance. The large slotted screw at the base of the kicker, is this where I'm going next? CA78 - 3111XX - Frame
