I have a 1974 305 CA77 that I would like to replace the friction discs. The 5 discs measure approximately 3.8MM. The first question is which discs should I look for? My guess is the 4MM discs. I can get the engine number if needed.
Are there recommendations of where to purchase the discs? I found some on Ebay, like this set:

Thanks,

Clutch Disc QuesitonsRe: Clutch Disc QuesitonsHi - Does your clutch have 4 or 5 friction disks and why do you think they need to be replaced? Might just need to be cleaned. Those clutches came in a few different configurations with differing numbers and thicknesses of friction and steel plates. Hopefully you have a 5-disk that hasn't been touched, then you can just put it back the way it was. Those friction plates are part number 22201-268-020 nla from Honda but hondarestoration.com has them. The steel plates are harder to come by, but if not warped just reuse. Use straight 30W oil.

I'm assuming that the discs for my model are supposed to be 4MM and if each one is 0.2MM smaller then thats ~1MM overall difference. That may or may not be the issue but thought I could replace them, if I can find them, while I have everything out.
