Screw Sizes!!!

Maybe I am dumb, but I can not figure out what screw size of "6x18 cross" is. I understand the cross part, but what is the size? Is that metric (i assume, yes) or standard? Metric sizes go by those "M" numbers here in the states. Standard has sizes like "6-32 3/4".

I AM CONFUSED!!!!!!

P.S. What I am looking for is the screws that attach the rear fender of the CA.

A 6 x 18 should be a 6mm thread with a length of 18mm.
