Does any one know who can replace the broken speedometer needle on my CL77. (I have a spare speedometer that has a good needle). Someone local to Denver would be great, but I would send it
as well.
Thanks.

You can do it if you have the incentive to try. Do a search here and you will find a write up on how to take apart your speedo. I did mine last year and provided a write-up on how I made replacement gaskets and resealed the speedo with black RTV (silicone). You might just rebuild the spare you have and put that on the bike. Or you could find a spare needle for yours and rebuild both.

RE: Speedometer Repair
thanks rob & fast fred! ii will look into both options...rob, i don't know that my spare speedo works so i'd rather transfer the needle, plus my original speedometer only has about 6300 miles showing, as opposed
to over 18k.
thanks again,

Just so you know they can reset your milage too . . . or you can do this if you choose to rebuild it yourself.
Here is another place that rebuilds speedo's:
http://www.joellevinecompany.com/custom ... ntagegage
I am not sure of the quality or their work as I have not used them but maybe someone on this site has and they can comment.
