oil filter rotor cap - how do i get this thing off?!?!
recently got a 1965 cb160. tearing it down for the first time and wanted to clean out oil centrifuge. screw in center was totally stripped from previous owner, but managed to heat it and extract it. felt so good about myself. but now, i can't figure out how to get the darn cap off (one of the little tabs is broken off too, see photo). does the whole cylinder come off too? or is the cap just jammed on? hmmm...
