Correct foot pegs on 66 CL77?

There are steel and rubber pegs?

Do they interchange with the crossbar mount and what is correct for 66?

Thy will interchange, and I believe but am not 100% positive that the rubber pegs are 67 only.

Parts book says rubber pegs started at CL77-1033482.
