Thanks appreciate it. Plated and insured the Dream 1966 today. Apprently the mix was realy the problem. It's not screaming but it it's staying running. Just need to fogire out the rest of the power band tuning I guess. hard to believe it's so messed up just from sitting. Would like to ride someone elses to see the diffrence inpower if thiers runs really good. This one seems to be sputtering above 4k rpm. probably needs points and tuning some more.


I see you also have a 1966 dream. That's cool. My insurance company didn't have info on this bike. So I dunno if I should have gotten a discount or not. They are charging me the same rate as my 2000 Ninja. Hmmmm, sucks.

Glad you got that sorted out.

I had Progressive insurance for my Goldwing.When I added my Dream they wanted double also,and that was just for liability.
My agent recommended Dairyland Insurance. They insure mostly motorcycles and are a reputable company. I went with them and they insured both my bikes for less money than just my Goldwing at Progressive!

It pays to shop around....
I had Dairyland for years, and it was reasonable, but recently switched to Progressive and saved some more.
My Dream is $59/year for liability only.
