Looking to rebuild my carb on a Honda ca77. Any good rebuild kits?

Get the proper gasket for your carb. Either the rounded edges or squared. Soak your carb body in a dip tank with your favourite cleaner. If you can get some ultrasonic waves happening then that would be even better. Use all the original jets from your carb if they are intact and damage free. Clean them properly with carb cleaner and the correct size wire to insert into the jet holes. Make sure the wire won't damage the brass. There are task specific jet cleaners for this. I would stay away from the Keyster carb rebuild kits. I tried a few and am not impressed with the quality of the brass used to make the jets nor the poor machining of them. You can buy jets directly from Honda. I have seen them average around $5. Check your floats and you should be good.

You don't happen to know the fuel line hose sizes ( pet cock to carb, and cross over)? And what would be a good fuel line to buy that's ethanol proof?

Here's one source. There are probably others if you search around, maybe at a local cycle shop too.
