I bought some from Cycleterminal a while back.

It fits over the HT cable OK but I thought it wasn't quite as soft as the original, sort of too thin wall thickness and a bit shiny too, plastic rather than rubber.

I did get a sample of what I believe was neoprene from a company here in the UK which was an exact match for the original stuff but didn't buy as the minimum quantity was a lot more than I needed, might be worth getting some and splitting the costs though.
