A few young'ns need advice on a potential restore
If you decide to take on the bike, I can guide you on getting it titled in Washington state (I'm up the road from Seattle in Shoreline) as I went through the process a few years ago. It looks like it has a Washington state license plate which is good. Let me know and I can detail the particulars; it's somewhat of a pain as loudo mentioned but it's not that bad dealing with the State.
