Wow - that is definitely different. What's it like to ride??? I'd think it would be great on a long trip!

Thnx for the positive comments. It rides great. I had forgotten how nimble these bikes were. I've been riding my Valkyrie for so long that when I got on it for it's first ride (after resto) it felt like a sports car after driving a truck.

after riding my vulcan around for a season, i hopped on the cb77 and nearly laid the bike down by squeezing the brakes too hard coming to a stop... just used to having to stop all that weight.
did a little fish tail action and rethought my braking approach and recovered while a woman in a mini van thought i was insane.

certainly a level of finesse required in these old fellers, but with that finesse comes a world of possibilities, some safer than others.
