Early CB72? Needs some help with Identification

I picked up a new bike today. Its a CB72, serial on frame CB72 202XX Engine number 2102XX. The guy said he has the title but has not come up with it as of yet. I just came from a swapmeet and a couple old timers said its an early one with speedometer bezel mount on the top triple tree and mid fork legs look early. Missing front fender, mufflers, seat and sidecovers. Motor turns over with compression. Looks fairly complete otherwise. Red frame, silver back fender. red tank and headlight shell. Red forks. I'll get pics soon. Can anyone ID by serial number please?
