So I decided to clean up the rear brake assembly tonight. The cable is in good nick just needs some lube'in. The axel had some surface rust by the left side spacer. One of the shoe cams was stuck beyond belief. Lots of soaking in penetrating oil and it broke free after 15 minutes. A quick bath in the ultrasonic cleaner did wonders for the parts. It's all back together and nice as can be.
