Yes it is a 10mm head. Engine number is 1107XX.

Hi,

You're a lucky guy, you won't find a 10mm head CB77 often.
I only saw one, ever. Got it from a friend and gave it away to someone who really needed it for his resto.

Do the CB72/77 10mm heads have iron skulls or are they like the Dream heads with just valve seats?

Don't most 1961 CB77/CB72s have 10mm spark plugs? I have had two cb72s with 10mm spark plugs and a very early CL72 that had them.

Here is a photo of the head notice the large advancer in the center of the cam? The combustion chamber looks like a standard CB77 combustion chamber.

Interesting. My 1960 250 and 305 Dream engines just use conventional valve seats in an aluminium head.

Hi,

CB72 10 mm heads are more available, because the CB72 was more available in 1961, there weren't much CB77'around in 1961. Like I said, I only saw one CB77 10 mm head. I have more then 20 heads CB72/77 heads all 12 mm.
