Hi guys! Been lurking for several years and finally bought a Superhawk! Anyways the bike is in pretty good shape...the only thing i have concerns about is the correctness of the bike. Its a 1965 hawk but i think the speedo is wrong...anyone know what years corresponds which speedo? I have the speedo where they both go clockwise and i have a feeling its the wrong one! haha....i was too excited when i bought the bike and over looked things....i know i know shame on me! Anyways i just wanted to say hello and hopefully i will be able to make some friends here on Honda305.
Cheers
Rick

Hey G,
Well took the first maiden ride out and i have encountered a problem. The rear brake light keeps blowing fuses, i had to disconnect the switch so that i could have at least the rear brake light on so i could ride it around the block. So does this mean the brake switch is either broken/malfunctioning?

I'd bet that replica seat might be the problem for your tail light blowing fuses. If it's a real crappy design it might have worn the wires that run over/into the rear fender and are shorting.
