I have become just so nervous about exposing all my work and love that is my 305 to any possible harm. I guess it's my nurturing instinct, I don't know. But, I feel far better about my bike being in a museum than I do riding it around where something can happen to it.
There is no better owner then yourself, you who know how much efforts it took to get the bike to this level.

Take the bike back, it's better off in today's traffic in your hands then with someone else that sees the bike as a free bike.

You're right, Jensen. I've made arrangements to bring her home. She'll be on display at the museum ONLY when I'm there to oversee her. At all other times, she'll be at home, with me.

Don't forget to give her a rug and a glass of warm milk with cookies at night time...... :-)

And a belly rub!!

:)

Actually, I want to ride around a bit. I'm about to partially disassemble the Hawk, so I'll be getting my ya-yas out on the Superhawk! Nothing too outlandandish, just some short rides on lightly traveled roads (around here that's a trick, finding them) to stretch her legs and mine.

G, how is that CB72 coming along?

Sara

I've been in the US for the past two weeks. Just got back home so 'fettling' will re-commence this weekend.

I have LM's head to get started on and I'm going to set up a small workshop area for building the engine.
