Where is the frame serial number?

A friend just bought two very nice and almost complete CB77E's but is having a devil of a time locating the frame serial numbers.

Please point me (him) in the right direction.

The Frame number is HERE.

I lightly sanded the paint off on both of those spots meaning right and left side and no frame numbers, any where else I should look.

If there are no numbers on the steering stem they are replacement(from honda) frames.
