I have a 64 cb72 in blue , Is there any numbers on how many of each color were made? i think about 750 of the cb72 250 hawk were sold in 1964 but was wondering about how it was broken up as far as color goes? any idea ?? Mr. loud mouse how many blue have you seen?

What I recall from the 60's.
The Black/Silver bike was the most popular of the 4 colors offered.
The Red/Silver was sort of considered as a "is there something wrong with that feller" bike.
The Blue/Silver was sort of ignored.
The White was also ignored.
Granted all colors sold well but I just described the attitude of the time.
Unfortunately no data as to how many of any color was sold.
I ride a Blue/Silver 1963 CB77. ........lm

Indeed, if people like Ducati's Laverda's and all other Italian motorcycles and cars, there's something wrong with them
