How do you get the horn apart for painting?

Remove the cover, you will see the screws that hold the bracket under the cover. There are some good pictures in this post:

The horn is off the bike, i'm wondering how to get the cover off? These pictures don't show how to get the cover off. I removed the mounting bracket and took the nuts off the two screws under the bracket. Are there some clips or something that need to be removed? Mayb it's just stuck together from sitting so long?

Ya welcome.
I'd say that if it works well and all ya want is to paint it I'd do it in one piecel (assembled). ....lm

That might be the best way to do it. I do want to replace the grommet where the wires come through, it's all dried out and i expect water will get in there.
