Superhawk Parts Websites Collection

Post by cyclon36 » Mon Nov 15, 2010 9:14 am

I thought it would be nice to compile all the websites that have parts for the superhawk in one thread to make them easier to find instead of stumbling across them through various posts. I know I find a new site every now and again that I can't imagine how I missed it before.

I'll start off the list with the sites that I've compiled so far. Each of these sites contain at least one or two parts either specifically for the Superhawk or contain an item that can be applied on a Superhawk with little or no modification. For the sake of cleanliness, I'm not posting up sites that contain generic aftermarket parts that are universal (mirrors, lights, winkers, etc).

Buyer Beware Sites
These sites were found to be poorly run, selling faulty/misrepresented products, or exhibited repeated bad service to multiple customers. Shop at your own risk.

I've made this a sticky so it's easy to find in the future. I'll append the list as you all post up sites you come across. Remember to keep them related to the superhawk specifically and not sites that just contain parts you think would look nice on the bike. No ebay stores or sites that sell used parts unless they specialize in used Superhawk parts. Hope this helps a few of you out with restorations/builds/etc.

I really enjoy the push for organization that has come about lately. I actually thought about fishing through the old threads and grabbing any 'how to' and compiling it into a single thread.

Thanks for this!

perhaps we could also rate the usefulness or quality of these sites.
for example, apex would probably be a 1 star vs. ohio cycle at a 5 star.

Great stuff! Over here, I would rate David Silver Spares at 8.5 out of 10 and CMS around 6 out of 10.

I like the how-to list idea. I'll get another thread started so we can link them all.

after reading multiple really really bad reviews on Apex Cycle, I decided to start a "buyer beware" section of the post. This helps us weed out any vendors or merchants that are dishonest, or just a paint to deal with.

I'd like to mention that Apex is only up there because of the many reviews on this board warning against them. Every business has an upset customer every now and then so one or two bad reviews will not necessarily put a site on that list.
