Which parts do I need to refit a kick starter? (CB72 64)

Hi All,

My steep learning curve continues...

I've decided to refit a kick start to the race bike as it will make life so much easier when working on the bike on my own (and at the moment the clutch is dragging so much that it's almost impossible to bump start and I don't have starter rollers!) and would be grateful of a few pointers on what I need.

So far I've worked out:

New bush for outer casing (I did see someone making bronze ones - are these still available?)
Kick start gear
Kick starter

Anything else I've forgotten or any pointers to parts for sale much appreciated.
