Battery basket CB77

Post by Waveblaster » Sat May 03, 2014 10:16 am

I have acquired a bunch of CB77 gear including a frame. Unfortunately someone has removed the battery basket and ignition mount. I would like to have it standard. I was going to attemt to fabricate out of sheet metal but there seems an awful lot of bends and cutouts as well as accuracy for aircleaner and side cover bolts.

It is probably a long shot as most people here seem to be purists and not cut these out of the frame, but I thought it might be worth asking if anyone has these pieces that I might purchase and weld back to my frame.

The bike is a 66 model btw

regards

Greg

You can find that Greg just be patient...even purists have old frames lying around just for that reason... to salvage parts off of etc.
