Early model or late

Post by Frank » Thu Apr 11, 2019 7:50 am

Hi, I just bought a 1965 cb77 project bike. Is this considered an early model or late?

They started in 1961 and ended in 1967.

Generally the 'late' models are '66/'67 where the front fork sliders are aluminum and other changes happened.

Oh ,I see. Mine has the painted steel sliders, small rise bars, and regular seat. What are the other differences? Thanks G man.

Not sure of all of them off the top of my head. Very late ones had chrome fenders, lip-up seat, probably different carbs without powerjet castings, oval rear light etc. etc.....
