Still figuring out my new '67 CL77. The front of the seat, on the bottom of the bucket, has a little metal lip that looks like it slides under something. The frame has a hinge-looking part.
The parts sheet shows this: "06 RUBBER, SEAT SETTING 77101-273-300" that looks like it brings these things together.
Does the rubber piece just push that lip on the seat bucket up to keep the front tight? The part isn't available anymore, would some clear tubing or something work? As it is, the front of the seat slides around a little even with the rear bolts in.

CL77 Seat
The late seats had the "lip' affair and the lip on the frame had a rubber cover one which was just sold on ebay. The earlier had the two prong affair

Re: Seat question
You have the correct parts but do need the rubber insert. It actually slid into the seat front and then that area slid into/onto the frame. I have used ones here. .............lm
