Ah yes, the old single carb trick!!! I know some Triumph guys used to change out the heads on their Bonnevilles to the single carburetor model for easier tuning because the twins were harder to sync than the single carb.

I guess the capitalization means you're shouting at me so I'll just say: That's why I made the comment: "Ah yes, the old single carb trick!!!" You know, like the guy is maybe trying to get over on us. Maybe I could've chosen better wording to get my point across but this is a forum and sometimes if you're commenting on something in a non technical way you're not as careful. Ed, I'll try and word my comments more carefully in the future.

I questioned the seller about that and the message was rejected by my email server like his addy was not valid. I've never had that happen before. It looks like his reserve was not met at $2025.00 pickup only.
