basement bike
Strange thing just happened--- I went out three times last night and the wife and I went out twice this morning looking for that little ball. I finally gave up . Wife wanted me to put up a new flag we bought the other day-so I did. Right after that I looked down and THERE IT WAS!!!!. My father,a WW2 vet was very patriotic and was always on me about having a flag up. I have an idea he was smiling down.......Have a good Memorial Day! Thanks for all the advise..

I got to looking at the oil pump today and noticed the threads of the drain hole are a tad bit stripped. Does anyone know if I can get a tap with those kind of threads on them? Might be better off to just get a new oil pump assy.... ? thanks mike

That is a JIS thread and I wasn't able to find a coil repair for that thread so I went to a nut/bolt shop and bought a standard thread (larger) bolt and coil kit and I fix any I get now. ...........lm
